Debbie Abrahams MP, Labour’s Shadow Secretary for Work and Pensions, will meet with pensioner groups and local residents across the UK to discuss how a future Labour government can provide dignity and security in retirement.

In the below link you can find the State Pension Consultation organised by the Shadow Work and Pensions team to hear your views on the State Pension, as well as develop policies to ensure dignity and security in older age.

Along with the State Pension Roadshow launched on August 15th 2017, this consultation will help to inform the work of the party’s wider policy development process through our National Policy Forum, and the Work, Pensions & Equality Policy Commission.

Whoever you are, we want to hear from you. For instance, we want to hear from Labour members and people from pensions groups, trade unions, local authorities, WASPI groups and charities for the events

If you cannot attend one of the events or wish to make further suggestions following an event you can respond to this consultation by emailing statepensions@labour.org.uk, or make a submission through the Labour Policy Forum website
