The following motion was past at our recent GC meeting:

Brent North Constituency Labour Party resolves:
• To call upon the Labour Party to undertake a review of the voting system used for elections to the House of Commons.
• To call upon the Justice and Home Affairs Policy Commission of the National Policy Forum to consult the party membership specifically about their views on First Past the Post and Proportional Representation in the next cycle of policy documents.

Referring to: Justice and Home Affairs

The Justice and Home Affairs Policy Commission examines Labour thinking on issues such as policing, the justice system, immigration and asylum, and political and constitutional reform.
